Weekly Restroom Encampment Clean-up in Venice

City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works sanitation workers in white hazardous materials suits, with Action Environmental Services, Inc., clean-up homeless encampments in the restrooms at Venice Beach on Friday, February 10, 2023. Many of the unhoused have been using the restrooms as living quarters. LAHSA (Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority) provided homeless outreach during the clean-up. Park Rangers were onsite during the cleanup. The Venice Beach clean-ups are conducted every Friday.
