LAPD Officer John “Rusty” Redican Offers Thoughts on Homeless

This is an interesting read from Pacific Palisades Homeless Task Force PPHTF. MBSAFE is modeled after PPHTF which is a resident group that works closely with city and county resources to address homelessness. PPHTF saw a problem, identified it, researched it, decided what to do, and did it!
