Amid an increasing homeless population, Santa Ana fights with Orange County over jail releases - Los

Koshkerian works to be a resource for newly released inmates, offering a phone, coffee, snacks and information. “I can’t save everybody. But if I save one, two people a night, that’s a success,” he said.
